Refund & Return Policy

At Biofield Viewer, we stand behind our technology. Because our products are digital software, they cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense. This policy outlines our commitment to your satisfaction and technical success.
1. Digital Products & Fixed-Term Access
Our software (Biofield Viewer, Soul Mirror, Petal) is delivered digitally. Licenses are fixed-term prepaid subscriptions that do not automatically renew. By purchasing and accessing the software, you acknowledge that you waive the right to a "cooling-off" period once the license key is issued or login credentials are activated.
2. Technical Fault Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the software is technically defective and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. This applies if:
- The software fails to run on a device meeting our Minimum System Requirements.
- A persistent error prevents the core visualization functions.
- Our technical support team is unable to fix the error after you have contacted us.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our technical team, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card via Shopify) within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Subscription Expiration
Since our licenses are fixed-term, your access will simply expire at the end of the term (31 days or 12 months). There are no cancellation fees because there are no recurring charges.
